Aipan is a traditional, ritualistic folk art originating from the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, India. Rooted in the word arpan, meaning "to dedicate," this stunning visual craft is typically drawn by women to welcome good fortune, prosperity, and divine blessings into their homes.
