At Pahadi Rasyan , we take pride in delivering 100% organic and chemical-free agricultural produce sourced directly from the farmers of Uttarakhand. Our priority is to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products – If the product received is damaged, spoiled, or defective.e
- Incorrect Product Received – If you receive a different product than what was ordered.
- Expired Product – If the product delivered is past its expiration date.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

- Order number
- Clear images of the product showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
- Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened or used (unless damaged upon arrival).
- Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.
- Items that do not meet our refund eligibility criteria.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund claims at our discretion.
